:: Introduction to Asian Research Center for Migration (ARCM)::

ARCM provides information -- in the form of published research, statistical data, and policy recommendations -- concerning cross-border migration into, out of and within Southeast Asia. It focuses particularly on Thailand. ARCM offers its services to all organizations with concerns about cross-border migration, not only the academic community. ARCM's core team is built of people from Chulalongkorn University, along with other Thai and non-Thai individuals with expertise in various fields. Part-time expertise is involved in ARCM's work as necessary. ARCM sees its role as an institution providing information and advice to governments, international institutions, and interested private agencies.
